Now that the ability to make appointments, order prescriptions, etc., is available on-line, the service is fantastic. During a recent period of being reluctant to leave the house, because of back pain, the fact that I could receive medication direct from my computer to my front door was a blessing. Dare I say, not least because of the difficulties parking at the surgery area.

It would be great if one could book an appointment in advance. We don't like the service, initiated by the Government, whereby the Dr. Has to phone you to check whether or not a visit is necessary.

My Doctor, Doctor Starling is the best there is. very kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Trying to get through to the receptionist to make an appointment is awful. This morning it took 20 minutes, and i cannot see why i can't make an appointment for the next day instead of having to ring again in the morning and hang on the phone again. I appreciate the surgery's are busy, but there must be a better way. overall the Meridian surgery is well run.

My nurse Jenny greenfield is amazing she always explains what's happens with the depo, implant and even talks you through smear tests. She always asks if student nurses or doctors can accompany them in the room.
